Dengfeng Street in the city's Yuexiu District has 1,706 people from 83 countries and regions. The large quantity of visitors need to meet various demands such as residence, education and health.

To facilitate their daily lives and management, the station serves as the mediator to introduce them to live in the Jinlu Villa apartments available for rent. According to statistics, Jinlu Villa has 1,400 homes in 11 buildings, 320 of which have been rented to temporary foreign visitors, and over 500 people have registered in the community. In 2007, no illegality was recorded in the community.
